Drive-and-fly car from PAL-V, Netherlands
PAL-V Libertyprice, release date and specs
PAL-V received a European Production Organisation Approval from EASA in September 2026, six months after the Dutch RDW approved it as an automotive manufacturer (March 2026). The Liberty itself still needs EASA type certification, which the CEO says takes about 18 months of compliance testing, so the target for customers flying is 2028.
